They will transport us to a fantastic restaurant TBA. After dinner we’ll embark on a “Lounge Takeover” on the Strip. We will make a variety of stops and explore the local nightlife. Cost: Dinner on your own. The cost for your bus token will be $25. Most clubs will not have a cover charge and drink prices start around $5. As we go in and out of these venues we need to honor the timelines set by the bus company---that is, come on out of the club at the appointed time or ‘git left’! LOL! We will return back to the hotel at approximately midnight, unless we hijack the bus and pay extra! SATURDAY – OCTOBER 29TH 9 am We’ll meet for Brunch at the hotel (on your own) 11 am - Meet at Area 15, a Wonderland of Art, Music & Amusement. and interactive experiences. Cost:: Admission to Area 15 is free, Free admission allows you to walk around the complex and enjoy the art on display, play yard games on the back patio, and gain access to dining options on-site. Once you enter the complex experiences, rides and some events are sold separately. Average length of visit is 90 minutes to 2 hours but you can stay longer. For more info, go to: https://area15.com/experiences/ 2:30 pm Interactive Escape game Experience Head over to Caesars Palace for a fun filled hour of teamwork solving puzzles and clues, trying to escape from captivity with the help of a guided host. There are 4 choices, each will accommodate 10 players. The vehicles are actually motorized and said to be very “senior friendly” with a small amount of pedaling required. Cost: approx. $45 https://www.railexplorers.net/ 2:00 pm – The party bus(es) will return to transport us to a home of a Roman from class of ’76, who has graciously offered his ranch-ish home for our celebration Total Cost for food and round trip transportation: $50 pp. If you drive on your own the cost for food is $25. The bus will return us back to Westgate hotel later that evening (we’ll call ‘em) and the official reunion comes to a close. Please note: All events listed above are wheelchair accessible and within close proximity of each other.
