Romans mourn the loss of Counselor Judy Mayes

Our beloved Counselor at Los Angeles High School for many years took her rest on March 4th, 2015.  She touched many, many lives and will be deeply missed by all students who were fortunate enough to work with her.  Memorial Service will be held some time in April, as per Willard Love.   FROM LISA CARR-KING 3/13/15:  Hey Roman family, thank you for the out pouring of love as we all grieve the loss of our very own; Judy Mayes, teacher-counselor, mentor and advocate for her students. (Aka anyone who needed a champion). It is So hard to beat a Roman. We will have a virtual online memorial service April 4,2015. In 2008 Rome Roasted Judy Mayes while she could smell the flowers. On the 4th we will attempt to sooth our living souls as we acknowledge her life's contributions! I promise you she is already working her after life assignment. Godspeed and thank you for spreading the word and the love.
